Mike McDonald

Mike McDonaldMike is a special counsel to McDonald Steed McGrath Lawyers, having founded the firm in 1988. He retired as a partner in 2011.

With over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer, Mike is a specialist in energy and resources law advising on project start-ups and operational services to mining and energy projects.

Mike also provides corporate advice in relation to strategic alliances, initial public offerings, takeovers and mergers, joint ventures, corporate and project fundraisings.
